A pendant in 18 karat gold and sterling silver/copper Mokume Gane. Another one from the Hubbel views inspiration. This more of an open pattern like the great swirling gaseous clouds surrounding stellar outpourings and flares. Vortice' is again 27 layer Sterling Silver/Copper Mokume Gane, with a carefully engraved design. Anyone who has worked with this material will attest to the difficulty in making concentric patterns in this material. Its then hand forged flat, domed, patinad and encircled in an 18 karat yellow gold frame. A very cool and unique little pendant. Enjoy. Overall size of this piece is 35mm x 35mm.
